How does personalization work?

On any product page, type your city, town, state, school, or unit into the "Enter Text Here" box before adding to cart. We print it right under the nurse cap logo. We won't print profanity or drug references — everything else you're proud of is fair game.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because each piece is custom printed just for you, personalized items can't be returned for a change of mind — so please double-check your spelling and size before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our end, contact us right away at inurseamerica@gmail.com with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full. How long does shipping take?

Every piece is printed to order, so please allow 2–5 business days of production time, then 5–10 business days for standard US delivery. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

What sizes do you carry?

Tees and hoodies run S through 5X — made for every body. Travel mugs come in 20oz and 30oz, and totes in three sizes.

What if I made a typo in my personalization?

Email us at inurseamerica@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll fix it — no charge.
